Instructions
Cut the shape of the hanger out of the tissue paper, leaving some extra paper to fold over the top and bottom. Cut notches to fit it around the bends.Glue it down with Mod Podge and repeat the procedure for the other side of the hanger.
Once the paper is all stuck down and dry, Cut out some words and stick them on too. Then cover the whole lot with another layer of Mod Podge.
