What was your inspiration?

After working up a sample of this stitch pattern the bold, geometric lines looked kind of Art Deco to me. If cowls were popular in the 30's and 40's I would imagine they might look like this cowl:)

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

This pattern looks more complicated than it is. It makes an absolutely beautiful cowl that looks great with a sweater dress or t-shirt and jeans.

Love the look of this. I'm taking your word as far as dificulty. Can't wait to get going with this. Know several people who would enjoy one for Christmas.

Hi! It looks a lot more complicated than it is. The most difficult part is using a cable needle. After you do a few repeats you get the hang of it. I'm glad you like it!!
