What was your inspiration?
The bride wanted Christmas flowers as the wedding was on the 21st December.
What are you most proud of?
No-one could believe the flowers were not real but were made of sugar modelling paste.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
I had had plenty of practice before attempting this cake but still needed to make ample spare flowers in case of breakages during assembly.
