Do you sell this cake? Yes

Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: This is a four layer tall cake with a ganache filling between the layers. I used chocolate curls for some deeper color contrast

How did you make your chocolate curls? They look amazing.

That was easy! I used a vegetable peeler on a bar of dark chocolate compound.

Just a little note ... If the curls crumble, it means the chocolate is too hard and you need to hold it in your hands to warm up a little. If it wont curl, its too soft and you need to put it in the fridge for a few minutes. :)
