What was your inspiration?

I was inspired by how the first two, what were supposed to be small individual walling hangings, turned out. I thought I can combine and add others patterns to make a better quilt.

What are you most proud of?

Coming up with the idea of combining a beige background block, and a pink background block positioned in the overall quilt design to give the impression of a sunrise.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Working with custom set in Electric Quilt really helped me free up my creativity in moving things around, and trying various sizes as well as completely different quilt layouts.

This is so interesting!!!! I have a book similar to 9 Patch Pizzaz that I keep for inspiration .....someday. This looks terrific. Great job. Love that hot ink section
