Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: This was my first tiered cake and only the second time I had iced a cake, and the first time I had made sugar flowers. To add just a bit more pressure, it was for my daughters wedding!
What are you most proud of? My flowers and The cakes tasted great which was a relief. Two bottom tiers were rich fruit, third and forth were pound cake and top tier was a dummy.
