What materials did you use? Cotton for everything, Top, Batting and Backing.

Because of scribbling in 3 of the geisha backgrounds and using my machine designs in the other 3. Nothing would lie flat! Had to block the whole quilt and with Cindy's directions it worked a treat.

This is really lovely! Are the geishas applique'd on, or are they printed panels? I'm really impressed whichever they are! Well done!

Thanks so much patz - The geishas are appliqued on - another reason why it wasn't laying flat! l had used the old method of using fusible paper over the entire back instead of just the outside edges, needless to say l wont do that again!
