What was your inspiration?

My stepson loves the Dallas Cowboys so I designed this quilt for him from fabrics I bought at Wal-mart.

What are you most proud of?

How authentic looking it turned out.

I looked thru my file and only have a drawing left of that quilt. But it was easy & if you've been quilting then it wouldn't be that hard to replicate. Take any size 5 pointed star to a place like Postnet or Kinko's and have them enlarge it to the size you want, cut it out of fabric and applique it onto a background of your choice. I searched the internet for lettering that matched what the Cowboys use on their items and enlarged it to the size I wanted also. The body of the quilt was made to fit the height of my stepson and so you could make yours any size you wanted. Hope that helps a little Kileen. Good luck, Melody
