Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: chocolate orange grand marnier cake filled with hazelnut butter creme, covered with valhrona chocolate ganache, and fondariffic fondant- satin ice gum paste embellishments.
What are you most proud of? matching the colors- i think really understanding " color theory" is one an important aspect of cake decorating- and not as easy as i thought
