As with all Diane Ericson patterns I altered it to accommodate my material I made from scraps of material from my Granddaughters Owl Quilt using Carol's Stitch and Slash method for using up scraps. Diane always leaves you lots of options for making it your own!Category: Sewing

What was your inspiration?
Carol's wonderful Stitch and Slash class! In the end she shows you what to do with the scraps and I adapted it to this purse.
What are you most proud of?
This purse gives my daughter a great piece to use to carry things back and forth to work and it will remind her of her daughter!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
