What was your inspiration?
Wanting to knit a sweater that would become one of my favorites, to replace a purchased one I accidentally felted.
What are you most proud of?
Knitting the Swatch Hat first. I feel like I had a little refresher on Fair Isle before I begin the actual Custom Yoke Sweater. Usually I want to just jump in, both feet.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have fun with your Swatch Hat. Search out patterns and peeries that appeal to you. You just want to check your gauge and also see how the colors work together. When I finish my sweater, I'll have a little somewhat matching hat to go with it.
