What advice would you give someone starting this project?
LOL...I should have followed my mind and recalculated the arm shaping. The designer used the decreases as a design element, but they look like short rows gone bad! LOL
I picked up every stitch, for the peplum, then decreased on the following row. This allowed for a smoother line.
