I cut circles instead of hearts for the shelves. I cut one 12 inch, one 10 inch and one 8 inch circle from the foam core and followed the directions in the pattern to construct the stand.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
I made this for my husband's 65th birthday. He loves to travel so I covered the stand with "travel themed' scrapbook paper. I also used a circle label template from Avery.com to make the "65' picks to decorate the cupcakes. I cut cupcake wrappers from the coordinating paper that I used to trim the edges of the stand.
