What was your inspiration?
Martha Stewart Living Magazine had a picture on the Feb. Cover of a wreath of carnations. I wanted mine to last longer than flowers.
What are you most proud of?
That I created this fun project. We had done a cupcake wreath last summer at a girls craft night. I thought of that when I saw the carnations.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Keep a bowl of water and ice near when working with hot glue. If you accidently drip some hot glue you can put your hand in the bowl and prevent a burn.
