What was your inspiration?
Often I will try a block to see if I enjoy piecing it before I commit to a larger project. I wanted to use these blocks for something and I thought these little trivets would be great on my desk at work.
What are you most proud of?
I am happy to find a use for some of the loose blocks I have piled up everywhere.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
The only issue I have with this project is applying the binding. They are so small that it is a bit difficult for me. I wish I could learn a good technique for applying the binding without hand sewing the back.
