What are you most proud of? I applied some of what I learned in the couture dress class: 1. 3 rows of gathering stitches really is better than two 2. Basting things in before you sew them does reduce problems.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? It's a fun style to make. Threads magazine had an article a few years ago about making this type of top, though I couldn't tell you what year or issue (2007, maybe.)

Great top! I haven't tackled knits yet. Hope to soon.

Thank you Cheryl.

Cheryl you can absolutely handle sewing with knits. FYI, don't hesitate to try a slighly smaller pattern size.
