Is this your project? Can you share instructions or a pattern with the Craftsy community?

Difficulty:

Category: Sewing

Type of item: Home Decor

For: Home

Style: Funky, Eco-Friendly, Whimsical

Materials

Fabric, yarns, rattail, metallic thread

What was your inspiration?

The yellows in this fabric are Arylide Yellow and Indian Yellow, my two favourites. These colours excite the part of our brain that makes us smile.
The course content, the freedom to do what I want to, the brilliant colours and my new sewing machine with its 80 stitches, had a lot to do with it too!
Thanks, Carol Ann!

What are you most proud of?

It appears I have achieved some contrast, although looking at it, the red on the outside seems to jump out, but the off white burst kind of demands to be noticed.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Play and smile. Your loved ones will appreciate you for it!
Carol Ann says it is not possible to make a mistake since "there are no rules".
Artists should not carry erasers, just accept what happens and work with it. And this is art. Who knows but that God enabled you to put that line in crooked for a higher purpose than you imagined? And who will know what you intended? NoBODY!
