What are you most proud of? I'm proud of the joy I get from being able to create something that brings satisfaction to me and my family.
What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be very aware that this is not difficult at all. Sometimes we put off doing things because we're afraid of failure, thinking something is very hard to accomplish. This is a simple pastry, it does take practice, but even the failures before perfection are very edible and delicious!
