Thank you, Colette! They were tasty. Say, are you going to teach another class soon? You are an excellent teacher and I'd love to learn more from you. A few thoughts: pastries, Danish, tea cakes. Cookies, different kinds of brownies. Small batch baking for two. Tarts, puff pastry, etc. I do hope you have a class in production.
