Those look scrumptious! Congratulations! I can't wait to try, but I can't find 18" wide parchment that isn't coated with Quinlon. What did you use?

Hi, sorry just back and answer....very busy time for me...gardening and now harvesting and canning. I bought my paper from Webstaurant.com..like a wholesaler for hotel, restaurant, bakery. The price is reasonable.
