Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. aim for the starts and may be you will rich for the sky :)))) I just followed the instructions that was with every micro detail well explained in the class here et voila mes croissant sont super bons :))) though that i didnt give time for proofing as there was two little kids jumping all around wanting to eat it , and it turned up fine for my good luck :)

What are you most proud of? For me giving these moments of care to my family through baking them something like croissant means a lot to me...

What advice would you give someone starting this project? baking is all about good positive energy that is the unwritten recipe ;)

Hi emo80s, They look so nice - the shaping looks great I am so happy you children enjoyed them. :) One suggestion - foil holds a lot more heat then parchment and can cause over browning - you can reduce the temperature 25 degrees once the croissants begin to look golden if you are using foil.
