What was your inspiration?
I have been thinking that I would try to crochet my girls a skirt by making a chain around, joining it and trying it on them for a pull on skirt with a draw string. Once I got the right chain amount and joined it I crocheted a double crochet foundation row and the next row did a front & back post row for 3 rows to give it a waist band for the draw string. My girls picked their yarn colors and ballet styles. They both LOVE their skirts! They will wear them with long leggings.
What are you most proud of?
I love the way they turned out!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Keep trying them on as you go so you get the right shape. =)
