Crochet Reversible Blanket

Make It

This project was made from an independent Craftsy designer's pattern:
Crochet Reversible Baby Blanket »

Difficulty:

Category: Crocheting

Type of item: Functional

For: Children

Style: Whimsical, Classic, Holiday, Funky, Mod, Traditional, Retro / Vintage, Cute, Casual, Outdoorsy

Materials

cotton fabric and acrylic yarn

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Complete crochet and sewing instructions are included for the approx 31" x 30" blanket and I have added two edging options! The instructions do not include the name of any of the fabrics shown. You will need to choose and purchase your own fabric and coordinating yarn.

Color photos included! All my patterns give options for yarns available in your local Hobby Lobby, Michael's or Wal Mart! You can certainly use your yummy stash for any of my designs and I am always available for help!

Not just for babies! Toddlers love them too!

I made some as lap blankets for my mother in law and the ladies at her nursing home! Perfect size for them!

This is beautiful...the yellow and white together. Are you selling your beautiful creations?

Very pretty in white! I did finish mine, but trying to get a decent picture is another story! The yarn I used is a berry purple which keeps coming out more of a grape or blue color in pictures! Guess I'll have to sign up for Craftsy's class on doing a photo shoot of your products!

Can't wait to see! Do you have a way to adjust your photo on your computer? I have a Mac which has iPhoto. If not, try having the blanket on a white background and if you take it outside, it will be much easier. If course, the Craftsy photo class is AWESOME!

Thanks! I'll give that a try on my hubby's Mac. I played around with different filters using instagram and finally got a color I was happy with. It's just not as vivid as it is in person.
