Start by making a single crochet circle about 8 inches across. then go over the top of it with chains of 4, Skip a stitch between, then do a front post single crochet...I work from the outside in..it's a little easier that way.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
I made some of these about 15 years ago. My daughter was visiting the other day, used one and commented that she would like some of them.

She appreciates the things I make!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
