I made my own straps by working them into the bag as i went along (using slip stitch at joining). For the lining i just placed the bag on top of the fabric and drew around leaving 1/4 inch allowance for sewing. I sewed the lining together, then i pressed 1/4 inch on the tops. Materials
Bernat; 100 Percent Cotton yarn, size I crochet hook. For the lining I used 100 percent cotton, needle and transparent thread for joining the lining to the bag. The lining is upcycled material.
What was your inspiration?
I saw someone posted the pattern on a crochet group and I went for it!
What are you most proud of?
The lining. I'm new at sewing... I think it turned out good.
