Instructions

This was super easy to make. I crocheted (single crochet) in the round increasing as needed to create a "nest" for the apple. About half-way up the apple I changed yarn colors and did a row of slip stitch in the front loop only, then a row of dbl crochet chain 1 repeat, then a row of shell stitch. What was your inspiration?

I kept seeing these and I decided I had to make one.

What are you most proud of?

Creating my own pattern and knowing it will surprise my hubby when he opens his lunch bag :O

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Have fun with projects like this. There isn't much time or yarn invested so if you aren't happy with the results it doesn't hurt when you have to redo it!
