Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I found colorful carrots and potatoes. They turned out fabulous. The potatoes were super crispy and roasting the carrots brought out their amazing flavor. Even the colors brightened after roasting. The carrots had this sweet caramelized coating. The biggest mistake I made was not lining the dish which turned out a disaster to clean!
