Category: Knitting

Type of item: Accessory

For: Women

Style: Casual, Whimsical, Romantic, Hipster, Funky

Materials

Yarn: Malabrigo Rios (100% superwash merino wool, 210 yards), 1 skein; Needles: US 7 DPNs or 32 circular needle if using Magic Loop, or size to match gauge; Spare US 7 DPN for tucks; Stitch markers (3); Yarn needle.

What was your inspiration?

Continuing the tuck obsession begun with Ruckle; also to use as much of 1 skein of Rios as possible.

What are you most proud of?

Exactly the thing to stop cold winds swishing up your coat sleeves.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Power through the long ribbed cuff; the tucks that come after are fun to knit.
