What was your inspiration?
New Year's Resolution to complete several unfinished projects.
What are you most proud of?
The different embroidery stitches utilized to complete this floral bouquet. It had been a while since I used such stitches as Open Fishbone Stitch and Squared Filling.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make sure that you have all the materials in one place. I was fortunate enough that the contents of the kit were still together. Also, when working on something like this with a variety of colored yarn, it is a good idea to organize in a way that keeps the yarn accessible and untangled. See the last photo for how I did it using cardboard pieces.
