Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used the croissant recipe and then wrapped the dough around a cannoli dowel so that there is an hole in the croissant. Then I prepared and filled it with whipped cream apricot filling.

What are you most proud of? The taste. It was delicious. However, I would probably add only the apricot filling minus the cream so that it is a thicker filling.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Try out new things and you would be amazed at the types of desserts you can come up with.

These look so sinful and delicously desirable.... I am impressed and envious of the expertise you have obtained. I will be happy if I can produce basic croissants to present to my family.
