What are you most proud of?

This is one of 3 blocks made for my children. They will each have one and they will be reminded of mer and our garden.

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

What ever you enjoy that can be sewn on, add it. If it means something to you add it to your creation.

The pattern for the stained glass butterfly is really easy. It's cut in one piece and laid over a single fabric. Your block is much more intricate. The crazy quilt is the first quilt I made, and now I think I'd like to make another one.

Thank you. I love your work as well. Stained glass quilting is beautiful, but really scares me! You have amazing detail as well.
