I really like your choice of lace patterns. Great job! I noticed you asked how to keep it blocked. Maybe you could try wet-blocking... just wash it by hand, getting it totally wet, roll up in towels to get mostly dry (don't wring or twist), and pin it on a blocking board or your bed or floor (with dry towels underneath it). This is my fave way of blocking anything... wet-block... though it doesn't work piece by piece the way Myra suggests while making a garment. It's really for the final blocking. I think you'll find it more permanent. Hope that helps... it's just my opinion.

That is purely by chance. Myra gave me the clue to separate the patterns by a simple band. Being able to change my patterns kept it interesting.

What I loved was that there was no RIGHT way to do this sweater. Even the sleeves are not the same. Total whimsey. Great fun to do.
