empty can or pencil cup, sand paper, crayons ( I used about 28), ribbon/jute, hot glue gun (if kids are not helping) or tacky glue (such as Gorilla or Aleenes instant tacky)
What was your inspiration?
I saw a decorative pencil cup holder at a high end store and thought I could make something nicer and less expensive.
What are you most proud of?
I am proud that it was easy to make and didn't cost a lot of money
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Layout all the crayons in the pattern you want and facing in the same direction before you begin gluing onto cup holder or soup can
