What materials did you use? This is my first quilt which I call ?Craftsy on Steroids? because it is a culmination of multiple Craftsly classes all in one! Even the fabrics were purchased on Craftsy: The gray solids are from a Kona jelly roll called Silent Film and the prints are Andover Pearl Bracelets. The blocks are a variation of Fantasy Four Patch from Joe Cunningham?s PATTERN FREE QUILTMAKING class. The block formatting and borders were inspired by Camille Roskelley?s Layer Cake 2 in PLAYFUL PIECING TECHNIQUES. For the backing, I used Elizabeth Hartman?s CREATIVE QUILT BACKS suggestion of inserting a block mimicking the pattern on the quilt top. I machine quilted for the very first time using concentric gentle curves from Jacquie Gering?s CREATIVE QUILTING WITH YOUR WALKING FOOT class. Finally, I finished the quilt with a mitered corner binding technique from Mimi Dietrich?s FINISHING SCHOOL. It?s my first quilt, so don?t look too closely!

Really great quilt. Great fabrics and the concentric circles are cool. Well done!!

I love your quilt. I think it has lots of energy, and the layout works great with the fabrics selected.
