What are you most proud of? That I am free motion quilting. Here is my blocks 7, 8 & 9. I broke all the rules and then some, but hopefully, I am getting better. Of course this quilt is for me and not for entering in contests. I think it is beautiful, IF you don't get too close. Leah is a wonderful instructor and I watch her video over & over again as I approach a new design. I am trying and hoping I am getting better. Thanks Leah, you are so cute and entertaining.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't give up. I had about 3 days of stress big time before I started these 3 blocks. My machine wouldn't sew. I worked with tension, different needles, different threads over & over again. On the third day I was going to take my machine to the shop. I thought, let me try one more thing. I changed my thread and have not had trouble since. But I can assure you that it took a lot of determination to keep on. I am glad I did.

Good on you for not giving up - your free motion looks good to me - well done.
