What materials did you use? For the patterned fabrics I used Fat Quarters from Amy Butler's Love range.

What are you most proud of? I finished it and the blocks are not sitting unfinished next to my fabric stash.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Next time, I would explore this using the fabric stash and fabric compost (my name for my colour sorted scrap bags - hey I'm a former C&G embroiderer we NEVER throw anything away) for the blocks.

Thank you!

I love the fabrics, great colors, so pretty! I made one just waiting to quilt. That part is a bit intimidating to me. Soon!

Thank you for your kind words. I must admit it took ages for me to summon up the courage to get it quilted. I ended up signing up to Leah Day's Quilting a Sampler Quilt course and had a huge amount of fun. Don't worry about making mistakes (I made LOADS) - no one has noticed them, and I now have a lovely finished quilt.
