What are you most proud of? I didn't do any practice sandwiches because I just like to dive into things. I learned as I quilted on my actual blocks. Some of my FMQ looks decent if you don't look too closely. I feel more confident that I finished 4 blocks over the weekend.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I like quilting doing the quilt as you go method because the individual block sizes are more manageable than one large quilt. However, it seems it takes more time to prepare the individual blocks as I had more cutting to do for the individual backing and batting. You'll also use more fabric than doing one whole quilt, but the actual quilting seems less daunting.

Really like the colors you used here. I'm really partial to Orientals, especially if they include metallics!
