Hi Sally - this pattern was one in the COWLGIRLS book. It's called "fit to be tied" and was designed by Cathy Carron. I modified the pattern somewhat to suit the type of yarn I was using and chose to make a shorter "tie" - but the basis of the pattern is available from that book. Hope you enjoy it.
