InstructionsMaking the cupcakes and toppings were the easy part. I hand-molded all of the decorations and hand-painted them once they dried. This was for a 21st birthday, that's why the number "21" is on the fondant medallions.

Do all of the decorations a week or so ahead of time, and put them on the cupcakes right before serving.
