I loved working on this dress. First off I found the fabric at Moods in New York. I was so inspired by it but I did not have a notion as to what I would make out of it. Then I discovered Susan Khalje's Craftsy's class. I took the challenge and truly was excited to get such professional assistance. The fabric gave me a bit of a problem now and then, cause I never allow myself the gift of wonderful fabric. With each obstacle I learned a lesson... Wow, what a confidence building experience it was for me.

Thank you so much. I was rather timid when I began this dress; I have never done this type of detail cause I really did not know how. I learned so much, and SK is such a wonderful teacher.

Wow! How did you do the 3/4 length sleeve adjustments? They are perfect!

That is one feature that was truly important to me; it's definitely my style I like most. I tapered the sleeves from the elbow dart to the cuff. Thank you for noticing!
