What was your inspiration?

I wanted to make something to cover up my ugly teapot, from this idea a whole series of tea cosies have emerged.
This one is probably nearly 20 years old but still popular

What are you most proud of?

That its easy to do as I handpaint the canvas,,,stitch by colour

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Dont be too precious about the colours, if you want to change some then do..my painting but your creation.Knowing some embroidery stitches will enhance the garden part
