What materials did you use? Cotton fabric, satin fabric, thread, yarn

What are you most proud of? I am most proud of the fact that I actually made a project from start to finish. I always have piles of unfinished projects lying around. I am also proud that I used this horrible fly-fishing printed fabric that I never knew what to do with (it was given to me in a huge box of fabric from a friend's mother). I used it on the top of the piece and cut away most of it, but I love the colour variations it gives the finished piece.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Go for it and don't overthink what you are doing. There is no right or wrong and that is very freeing!

This is just beautiful! The colors just sparkle and your couching materials really made a difference in the final look.
