I raided my sisters fabric collection for this unusual corduroy fabric. The interior is a cotton/poly print. Other materials include zippers, metal clasp and oval ring.
What was your inspiration?
I wanted to make a small purse that would hold everything I would need for an event, so I wouldn't have to haul a big purse along every time I go out.
What are you most proud of?
This purse can be filled with all the necessities, but is small and can hang off of a wrist. It leaves the hands free if necessary.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
The choice of fabric is what makes this sporty or more formal. i customized the interior to suit what I like to have as basic necessities, but this can easily be altered.
