Coral Beret

Pattern Info

Pattern info for this project can be found here:
Gwen Slouch »

Difficulty:

Category: Knitting

Type of item: Accessory

For: Women

Style: Cute, Retro / Vintage

Materials

I used the suggested needle sizes with worsted weight yarn.

What was your inspiration?

I wanted to make a cute beret with a more intricate pattern than I had done before.

What are you most proud of?

I didn't have to frog it even once. It went very smoothly!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Stitch markers are a must due to the lace pattern. Using those, it's almost impossible to make a mistake.

Well done! I prefer yours to the original one! The choice of yarn makes it look fuller (not so flimsy) in my opinion.

Thank you so much! That makes me feel so happy. I wanted to wear it in colder weather, that is why I chose heavier yarn.
