Materials: Copper wire - 1.5mm & 0.9mm (lengths will vary dependant on how large you want to make the pentagram)
Method: 1) Using the thicker wire, anneal it so you can put it through a roller and make it square. Remember to keep annealing it as the metal becomes work hardened when it passes through the rolling plates. 2) Make the square wire into a ring and solder shut. Polish out any work marks and set aside. 3) Take the thinner wire and bend it into a 5 pointed star shape. Leave enough wire at the top to create a bail and trim/file the other end. Hammer the points to slightly flatten and harden the wire. 4) Put the star on top of the ring and adjust the star to fit the ring better. Solder the star to the ring, making sure to solder the loose end as well as the other 4 points. 5) Create a bail with the wire at the top, trim and file to finish. Polish the finished piece, then dip in Liver of Sulfur and buff the star to highlight the piece.
