Instructions
Another one of my projects just created at spur of moment with materials on hand. Center piece of eyelet, small light lilac border, medium lilac border and wider darker purple border. Knots tied with lilac embroidery floss, wide white lace sewed to border and another smaller lilac lace sewed on top for a layered look. Hand quilted twice around in center of border strips.Difficulty:

What was your inspiration?
Nursery will be done in light lilac with accents of pink. This quilt is white and lilac with little sequins that reflect a very light pink. I just pictured this being a sweet delicate blanket for a little baby girl.
What are you most proud of?
The hand quilting around is a definite labor of love because I have arthritis which affects my hands. I must REALLY love you if you get hand quilting on something I've made!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Easy. Piece of cake. Try it.
