What are you most proud of? Despite the pixelation or maybe because of it this image becomes universal and no longer specific. Litteraly my daughter said: it's daddy but i don't know who it is on his lap. In the paint by numbers fase, which I don't know how to put here, I chose to change the sweater back to it's original color(dark blue), a design choice, it softened things up. In the end I used 20 different colors, do-able I hope.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Listen very carefully to this class, it's a good one.

I have just tried to do the conditional formatting and the program only allows 10 rules, how did you manage to get 20 colours into the spreadsheet Thanks Colleen

So sweet! That's a very moving picture, and even when pixelated, the emotion comes across so clearly. I love the idea of turning such an expressive picture into a quilt.
