What was your inspiration?
A friend with frequent soreness in her shoulders and knees.
I followed the tutorial to a T except that I used flax seed for all packs.
What are you most proud of?
They are finished in time for Christmas and it is my first actual sewing project.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Take care in measuring and be careful not to over fill your bags, I made two and one barely fits in the cover.
