Were you able to thin down the marshmallow fondant to pipe designs around the lace?

Hi Starkie. The only times I thinned the fondant was before I ran in through the extruder to make the rope borders. I didn't do any piping around the lace, I just used the end of a round tip to make a pretty edge.

Hi Lucia. I actually used marshmallow fondant instead of store bought fondant - it's really easy to make and taste really good. I'm looking forward to seeing one of your cakes.
