Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: This cake showcases Dogwood blossoms and leaves. They were done using the same materials and techniques that were suggested in this class.
What are you most proud of? I'm happy with the overall look of the cake. This cake was inspired by the tiles of a bench in Gaudi's Park Güell in Barcelona. This image was hand-painted all around the middle tier. The cake also showcases Dogwood Blossoms, which is the official state flower of North Carolina, where my atelier is located. The painted image has different sections of tile design, so I tried to show you images all around the cake for you to appreciate the overall composition.
